Make a whole area for creation Aka General / Roleplaying that have boards under them.
So basically making the submissions forum into its own area instead of under General making a individusal form for Profiles, Devil fruit, Crews etc etc. And then have another forum in that forum for accepted and denied things within that.

But yea looks good. Though Marine Divisions and Pirate Crews can just be under Crew's and just put a place in the crews form to state weather they are pirate/marine/neutral for all 3 affiliations and make sure you have a Accepted and morgue/innactive section for Crews/Devil Fruits
