Personality: Calm, almost eerily calm most of the time with a slight smirk upon his lips. He takes up his personal health and beauty as top priority other then his swordsmanship, can also act a little arrogant. He is vain to the point of usually stopping to look at himself in anything reflective and will strive in any fight to keep his body from obtaining any scratches or bruises and will lose his calm and slightly cocky demeanor if any damage has been done to his face. He acts graceful, kind and understanding to the civilian public but will general turn cold and merciless against the enemies set up in front of him.
Biography: Was born to a noble family of warriors and warlords, born into a family who already had several children before him he was able to concentrate on things he wanted to since he was not in line to inherit anything but the family name and fighting style. Young Cai decided it was best to learn other ways of fighting and to then learn about many other things by experiencing them. He found that has he trained he began to outdo his brothers in their daily sparring matches.
At the age of fifteen he began to develop a self sense of importance seeing that he had bested then all of his brothers except for the eldest. No matter how hard he trained or how hard he fought he always ended up losing to the point where he was now desperate for any kind of edge against his eldest brother. He found it in a strange pear that after tasting he swore that it was and probably would be the worst tasting thing he has or will eat. After a year of practicing with this...new found power he finally had the edge he needed and defeated his brother.
He thought it would make him feel something... but nothing, nothing but a longing to find another worthy opponent so he left his home and his namesake to venture off and become the most famous and most loved person. He stuck to his ancient family roots of the samurai, hunters of evil he called them and so that's what he did, spending the next six years hunting down pirates and island hoping all around until he was approached to join the marines, a venture he had not considered, their offer was quite hard to refuse though as he would have both a steady source of income and a place to hang his sword.
Soon he was assigned to the ATP unit, only after a few months of serving in the marines he just took it as a sign that someone had finally noticed his 'amazing' talents and thus assigned him to something more fitting to the status of a noble lord.

Weapon: Fighting (Folding) Fans.
Fighting Style: His fans however he is more offensive, going in for quick strikes, slashes and will try to utilize both of them with the devil fruit ability. He will often use his devil fruit's abilities first and foremost, resorting to his weapons if they are A) his only option and B) if the opponent gets too close.
Fighting Style Weakness: With his fans he has more openings and is susceptible to broader attacks then with his sword. With his sword he is mostly defensive, having to rely on his opponent's to make the first move.

Devil Fruit Ability: Paper Manipulation. To control almost all aspects of paper from it's density, shape, plasticity, sharpness, even controlling it from a long distance away and being able to mold it into various shapes from weapons and armor to even a strange form of origami animal.
