Personality:. Neah has a kind and caring personality. He is also very generous. He also is some what private about his life. Though he tends to open up to people he trusts. He is also a determined type who will never back down. Neah is also a very compassionate person. Neah appreciates the simplest of things from a gesture of kindness, the company of others, Neah is a great lover of music. Whether it be through happy or sad times, music is what generally keeps Neah going. He shares a very strong emphasis on keeping promises and friendship.
Biography:Neah was born on the eve of the 30th of November. His mother was a waitress at a bar in The windmill village. Were as his father was a traveling musician named Mana walker he was known through out the 4 greats seas. Though his father had stopped traveling and decided to stay in the Windmill village when he met Neah's mother. It was love at first sight for Neah's parents. From the moment they met and layed eyes on each other they were almost inseparable. Neah's mother was in labor for over 12 agonizing hours.
Sadly Neah's mother passed away but she got to name him before she passed away. Neah came out screaming like a banshee like every baby does when they're first born. His father was still in shock at the loss of his wife that he failed to notice the the new life before him. The nurses had finished cleaning up the new born baby Neah. The nurses handed the new born baby Neah to his father as they covered the body of Neah's mother up. After a while Neah's father finally noticed his new born son in his arms. Neah's father cried tears of both joy and sadness at the loss of his wife's love and the birth of his very first son.
Over the next few years Neah's father took care of him. Neah's father still deeply missed his wife but he still had his son so in a way he still had a part of her still. Even as a baby Neah would always crawl towards his fathers instruments. Neah's father would always crack a big grin at that and scoop up the infant Neah just before Neah touched any of his instruments, Neah's father would always say after he picked him up "your gonna make a fine musician someday son."
When Neah turned 5 his father began training Neah on how to read music. Neah was a quick study while studying on learning to read music. His father started Neah off with the piano for his sons first instrument. Neah took to the piano like a duck to water his father said. When not teaching Neah about music his father would train his son Onhow to fight against people. His father was a free style fighter. Neah father would train Neah every chance he could because he Wanted his son to be able to defend himself because Neah had told his father when he grew up he wanted to be a pirate.
Then one day when Neah came home from school he found a tragic sight. He was 10 years old when he found his father on the floor of there home. His father was unconscious so Neah panicked and ran out of the house looking for aid. By the time he did his father was in worse condition. His father was transferred to the hospital the doctors couldn't do anything apparently Neah's father had a heart condition that he was battling with for many years.
Neah ran to his fathers room were his father was still barely alive. Neah cried tears as his father said "I'm sorry son looks like its my time I will be with your mother soon be a good boy for me i love you train hard my son...." With those parting words his father passed away. Neah stopped going to school for a while because of grieving puropses. Now he was left all alone and a orphan. He had no family. Then one day while cleaning out some things that his father owned Neah found a chest and a note attached to it. Neah read the letter and tears swelled up in his eyes it was a note from his father.
The note read "Dear neah if your reading this then I must be gone I know you must miss me but i will always be there watching you even if you cant see me, Inside this box is my second most precious item to me its a devil fruit called the gomu gomu no mi, I was plannin on selling it one day but i kept putting it off but now that im gone i want you to have it, If your looking for my most precious treasure don't bother its you kiddo take good care of yourself your going to be a great pirate someday don't forget to practice your instruments i love you son.' Neah folded the letter and placed it back in the envelope and placed it in his side pocket. Neah opened the chest and found the devil fruit. Neah had heard rumors of the devil fruit like those that eat them lose the ability to swim but gain special abilities.
Neah looked at the swirl patterns on the fruit and slowly took it out. Neah opened his mouth and began to devour the fruit. Neah nearly threw it up because of the horrible taste but he kept it down. the fruit was soon gone. Neah retched at the horrible taste in his mouth. Neah went to stretch his arms but then suddenly he felt the ceiling. Neah was surprised but he retracted his arms back down to there normal height. Neah pinched his skin. It felt like rubber. For the next thirteen years neah would train on how to use his new found devil fruit abilities as well as train himself in the musical arts and on how to fight. When Neah turned 23 he would set out from His hometown and begin his journey of being a pirate Musician.

Nagato stood at the highest point in the leaf village so he could maximize his range in controlling all 6 paths of pain. God realm pain and the others ran from tree top to tree top heading towards the west gate area of the leaf. Tendou stopped when he saw a small out post nearby that 3 shinobi were talking to each other. Tendou used his incredible speed and appeared in front of the leaf ninja and quickly movedin forwar and had a chakra disruptor blade pole slide out of his arm and impale the ninja. His head was tilted to the side as he pulled the blade free from the now dead ninja. Pain looked as two shinobi were missing from the group and looked up and saww them as they grabbed god realm. Nagato thought to himself 'futile effort.' God realm then used a minor version of shinra tensei and sent the two guards that had a hold of him flying back words. As the lteaf ninjas landed the remaining paths appeared and nagato had tendou go over to them and impale each nija through the heart with his chakra disruption blade. God real clean the blades and reinserted them back into his body as he turned towards the leaf village.
God realm pain then began to speak. "From here on out, we will divide out into a team for diversion, and another for the search. I'll go over it once more, The diversion team will be Asura path, Animal path and Hungry ghost path, and the sdearch team will be God path, Human path and outer path, Konan you go with the search team." Nagato then used his rinnegan and looked at the barrier that surrounded the leaf village. "Konoha has placed a sperical barrier that covers the land and the air around the village," Konan remained silent then spoke " So if anyone without permission enters the village they'll be noticed immediatly." God realm nodded and continued to stare out at the village. "As planned we will send in Animal path up into the sky above, Well give the enemy a wrong idea about our numbers in order to confuse them,Wait for animal paths summoning jutsu."
Nagato then controlled Asura path to launch animal path into the sky above the leaf village. Asura path did so and launched the female animal path as animal path broke through the barrier she used a summoning jutsu and summoned all six paths of pain into the village and the group quickly scattered about the village. Asura path quickly ducked into a corner and turned its arm and launched three missiles into the air. The missiles headed into the sky and then changed directions as they crashed into three various different buildings causing some of the buildings to break off. Animal path then used a summoning jutsu and summoned thress giant centipedes and unleashed them upon the village to create more destruction.
