Island Name: Riot Rock
Island Appearance: At a distance Riot Rock looks like a massive, circular fortress floating on the ocean. As you draw closer, you notice it's an island. With a massive, circular fortress sitting on top of it.
Sea: East Blue
Outstanding Features: Walls. If the architect wanted to drive any point home, it was his love for walls. They're as tall as the island is wide. More pirates means more prisons (for those lucky enough to survive, anyway), and Riot Rock is as rough as they come. As an island, there are no bars or chains. Just lots and lots of water to keep a prisoner from escaping (with his life). There are also no Marine or Government guards posted to keep an eye on things. Rather, just specially appointed prisoners, the Wardens, who are given certain luxuries in exchange for keeping everyone else in line. Luxuries that allow them to run the place like their own personal kingdom. Upon entering the prison, a new inmate's district is determined by the Wardens.
Foliage: None. Riot Rock lacks any form of vegetation, that isn't actively grown by the inmates.
Wildlife: None. The island is only inhabited by the prisoners.
Marine Base: No; but it is a Marine Facility.
Island Morality: Bad
Towns/Villages: Riot Rock doesn't have any towns. What it does have are districts: parts of the prison under the authority of a particular warden. There are currently four districts:
● Danzeel District: Values strength above all else. Treats his prisoners like soldiers, and has expectations of them. Living in this district is akin to living on a military base. Bunkers, uniforms, and barking authority.
● Father Crop District: Leader of a strange cult in which devil fruit users are worshiped as the 'chosen'. Spartan quarters and a meager living await the devote.
● Princess Sela District: Former candidate for the throne of an unknown kingdom. Was annexed after killing her siblings and trying to take the throne by force. Values beauty, but detests it when found on other women. Prefers prisoners on her side to be young attractive men, but is willing to settle for older and uglier if they're devoted enough. Lavish decor and Sela's likeness decorate this district, top to bottom.
● Artemis Vane District: About as normal a Warden you can hope for. Artemis Vane values freedom, fun, and a damn good party. His district seems to be a nonstop festival, with drinking and music.
